Abstract
This thesis examines how organizational structures and agile methods can enhanceefficiency and collaboration in DevOps technology organizations. Companies in the
dynamic IT industry face the challenge of continuously adapting to changing market
conditions and technological advancements. Flexible and efficient structures are particularly essential in software development.
It demonstrates how the integration of development and operations departments
through the use of DevOps can accelerate software delivery and improve quality. Agile
methods such as Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming are analyzed for their
effectiveness in optimizing collaboration and enabling a rapid response to changes.
This thesis provides practical insights and offers recommendations on how companies can increase efficiency and better respond to market demands through the use
of DevOps and agile methods. It offers a comprehensive overview of the benefits and
challenges of different organizational approaches and provides valuable guidelines for
implementation to enhance teamwork and productivity in the IT industry.
