The use of successful process management is essential for companies in today's world. It strengthens the internal structure and enables the company to react flexibly to constant change in the market and remain agile. The introduction of process management represents a change in corporate culture and structure that must be carefully planned and implemented through change management. Especially in franchise organizations, it is essential that processes and workflows are conducted uniformly to ensure quality and efficiency in all locations. This thesis deals with the approach to introduce process management in a franchise organization. A qualitative literature review and a case study were used to answer the research questions. The relevant literature was analyzed using the SQ3R method and important findings were used in the thesis. It was examined which strategy is used for the successful implementation of a change project in a franchise organization. The aim of this thesis was to introduce a guideline for the implementation of effective process management in a franchise organization considering change management strategies. To provide a solid understanding of this work, the theoretical basics of process management, change management, franchising, and insurance were first explained. The case study, which was conducted as part of a work placement, was then described. In the final step, the guidelines were generated based on the findings from the literature. This resulted in the guide being divided into six steps: planning, communication, training, implementation, monitoring and adaptation, and rollout. This structured approach enables franchise organizations to successfully implement and continuously improve process management to remain competitive and meet changing market conditions. Following these steps can help ensure a consistent and efficient way of working across all locations and strengthen the business. By considering change management principles and involving all relevant stakeholders, a smooth integration of new processes is ensured.
