Purpose This master's thesis investigated whether AI-based platforms can sufficiently enhance cross-cultural sales training by improving linguistic competence and cross-cultural communication skills. Given the growing complexity of worldwide sales situations, good cross-cultural communication becomes absolutely vital. Renowned for their adaptable and customized learning powers, artificial intelligence systems provide creative answers to these problems. Three artificial intelligence platforms—Duolingo, Busuu, and Lingvist—are assessed in this paper to show their fit for cross-cultural sales training. The study also seeks to pinpoint the advantages, constraints, and possible uses of these tools in promoting language and cultural competency among salespeople. Structure/Methodology The research is based on an experiment, used to evaluate participants' skill levels in relation to AI technologies. Sixteen participants used three platforms under regulated training conditions. The approach consisted of the following stages: pre- and post-assessment of the participants' language and intercultural competency, two recorded study sessions, and post-training in-depth interviews to provide qualitative insights on participants' experiences, difficulties, and impressions of the artificial intelligence systems. The gathered information was examined to assess how well these instruments supported cross-cultural communication as well as their general influence on participant growth. Research Findings The research revealed important understanding of the possibilities and constraints of AI-driven solutions for cross-cultural sales training. In terms of language competence, only slight changes were noted while most participants kept their baseline levels of competence. Although the platforms failed to provide significant linguistic development, they were successful in keeping involvement and strengthening already acquired abilities. Still, the success differed greatly depending on the platform. Duolingo and Busuu were notable for their adaptive feedback systems, which kept learners active throughout the course of instruction. Though AI systems improved accessibility and interaction, they lacked the depth to completely handle difficult multicultural dynamics vital to worldwide sales. The results imply that while they are not enough on their own, AI-powered solutions can enhance conventional sales training. Value of the Research This study offers insightful analysis on the function of artificial intelligence in contemporary sales education as well as its possibilities of usage in worldwide corporate environment. Important contributions consist of determining if artificial intelligence systems support cross-cultural abilities by means of their strengths and shortcomings, proving the need of flexible, artificial intelligence-driven solutions for involving students and customizing their experiences. Emphasizing the limits of AI tools— especially in the field of intercultural communication—and suggesting ways to close these gaps. This work adds to the changing conversation on artificial intelligence in education and its uses in professional environments by supporting a mixed learning model combining AI tools with conventional approaches.
