Einsatzmöglichkeiten von Künstlicher Intelligenz in Prozessen des Supply Chain Managements von Unternehmen am Beispiel der Neuroth International AG

Abstract

In the age of technological change, companies often ask themselves how they can successfully integrate new technologies into their processes. The areas of the supply chain offer different application possibilities. In this bachelor thesis, the possibility of integrating artificial intelligence applications in areas of supply chain management is determined. Furthermore, the possibility of specific application in the company Neuroth International AG is determined. The problem described deals with the different influences on the supply chain, which result in various challenges for companies that are geared towards optimizing their processes and including all eventualities in their planning. This contrasts with the current use of artificial technologies in these and other areas. In order to answer the research questions, the topics of artificial intelligence and supply chain management are examined and the possible applications from practice are determined by collecting case studies. The comparisons of the case studies and their potential uses form the basis for application in the Neuroth International AG company.
