The following paper examines the success factors that companies need in order to successfully implement New Work concepts. In addition, digitalization and change management play a major role in the transition to New Work. The motivation for choosing this topic results from personal experience with this topic, as well as the realization that the topic will play a central role in the future. The challenge is that employees who are used to existing work routines are often reluctant to accept change. It is therefore essential to develop suitable measures to prepare employees for change and gain their support. The work is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of New Work and change management. For this reason, the basics and current developments of New Work, as well as the associated expectations of employers, are described first. In addition, the influence of digitalization and artificial intelligence on New Work is highlighted, as these technological developments are key drivers and supporting systems of New Work. Another component of the work are the basic models of change management. These explain the complexity of change processes and are intended to provide a theoretical basis for making the transition to New Work smoother. Finally, a roadmap is presented that shows practical options for action and design paths to successfully introduce New Work in the company. The study emphasizes that the introduction of New Work concepts is highly relevant to a company's competitiveness. Current digital developments are significant factors that drive the change to New Work, but also support the productivity of companies. They offer an opportunity to make work processes more efficient and support the flexible way of working that is characteristic of New Work. In addition, the change management models presented show that the success of a change process depends heavily on the involvement and support of employees. The concluding roadmap combines the insights gained and forms a guideline for adapting work structures to the modern world of work. By incorporating the bachelor thesis, companies should be able to understand the challenges of the transformation to New Work and master a successful implementation.
