This master's thesis deals with the diagnostic testing of allergen reactions. Inuences such as climate change, the introduction of new plant varieties, the appearance of exotic allergens, and other environmental factors have led to a signi cant increase in the number of allergy su erers in recent years. The focus of this work is on the results and interpretation of the comparison of three di erent IgE in vitro multiplex test methods, which are based on di erent diagnostic platforms. By binarizing the results and classifying them as "detection" or "non-detection" of an allergen, the test results of the platforms could be directly compared. Additionally, key performance data, such as sensitivity and speci city, were derived solely from datasets. The statements in this thesis are supported by descriptive statistics and automated analyses. The collected data on the performance and di erences of the tests are intended to contribute to the future improvement of the test platforms by MacroArray Diagnostics GmbH (MADx).
