Abstract
The use of artificially intelligent (AI) systems affects almost all areas of law - from employment law and data protection law to health and care to "classic" civil law. Also in connection with the creation of works within the meaning of the Copyright Act by or using AI (supported) systems, the question arises whether, and if so, for whose benefit such works enjoy copyright protection. Similar questions arise for material that is inherently relevant to copyright, but which is used in encrypted form. The contribution is intended to shed light on the subject areas of law and technology and offer solutions.
