Abstract
Collaborative business processes can generate process innovations and thus enable highly specialized companies to establish close to non-imitable business models. But how can companies plan, control and operate these cross-organizational business processes in a collaborative supply chain? Cross-organisational continuous process improvement is one of the most important success factors for efficient and agile processes in a collaborative supply chain. How can supply chain partners with different business process management (BPM) philosophies establish cross-organisational continuous process improvement (CPI)?
