Single-particle tracking

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingsChapterpeer-review

Abstract

In this chapter, we discuss fluorescence-based approaches to determine the diffusion coefficient in two- and three-dimensions in biological systems. The diffusion coefficient is calculated from the overall motion of a statistically significant number of individual particles, of a subset of just a few particles, or of individual particles.
