In the health care sector, decision makers and health professionals are increasingly concerned with utility, quality and costs of medical-therapeutic procedures. To optimize the determinants, the potentials of telemedicine are used more often, including innovations in electronic and imaging. Telemedicine contains the usage of telecommunication and information technology during the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This paper deals with the goal-orientated and systematic development of a comprehensive patients questionnaire as a part of patients registers. By means of these questionnaires, contentment, as well as prospects of implementation of telemedical procedures concerning post-operative treatment are evaluated.
