Lebenszyklusorientierte Qualitätsoptimierung von Gebäuden

The focus of the research project financed by the FFG and six industry partners is to develop, analyze and evaluate methods to assess planning decisions with their consequences on the life time of a building. The project has two main outputs. One is the creation of a comprehensive guideline for the creation of sustainable buildings (=Database of Quality), the other is a common database on building life cycle data as well economical as ecological (=Database of Quantity). The comprehensive guideline will be structured on the life cycle of a building and contain defined time slots, where decisions are necessary and what information will be helpful for a decision maker. The comprehensive guideline and the data base will be placed in an internet portal, which shall give quick access to the scientific data. A prototype within excel called “enhanced energy certificate” (Energieausweis Plus) is created. The online comprehensive guideline is online for a testing period.
