Abstract
Hybrid teaching demonstrates great potential, but also presents challenges. This article presents findings on hybrid teaching at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria gathered as part of a project. In this project, four hybrid courses were offered and systematically supported in the FH Upper Austria DigiSpace. The instructors particularly emphasized the increased participation, didactic diversity, and innovative potential of hybrid teaching. The student survey also shows an overall very positive perception of the hybrid teaching and learning setting. Four key areas of action were identified for the successful implementation and sustainability of hybrid teaching.
