Abstract
Der vorliegende Forschungsbericht entstand im Rahmen eines dreisemestrigen Forschungsprojektes Studierender des Masterstudiengangs Soziale Arbeit der Fachhochschule Linz. Er beschäftigt sich mit Angeboten und Projekten im Kontext Sozialer Arbeit für die Zielgruppe jugendlicher NEETs. Die Handlungskonzepte soziale Teilhabe, Empowerment, Inklusion, aktive (Staats)Bürger*innenschaft und Beschäftigungsfähigkeit jugendlicher NEETs werden dabei fokussiert. Es soll beleuchtet werden, wie sich der aktuelle Forschungsstand bezugnehmend auf diese Zielgruppe in Österreich darstellt und welche unterschiedlichen Angebote es in Österreich gibt. Darüber hinaus werden zwei exemplarisch ausgewählte niederschwellige Beschäftigungsprojekte anhand des BIKVA-Modells beforscht. Ziel dieses Forschungsberichtes ist es, die Erkenntnisse betreffend die Gruppe der jugendlichen NEETs gebündelt darzulegen, um Empfehlungen für die Jugendsozialarbeit sowie Angebote im Bereich der Sozialen Arbeit im Kontext von Ausbildung, Training, Beschäftigung, Beratung und offener Jugendarbeit abzuleiten.
This research report was written as part of a three-semester research project by students of the Master's programme in Social Work at the University of Applied Sciences Linz. It deals with offers and projects in the context of social work for the target group of young NEETs. The concepts of social participation, empowerment, inclusion, active (state) citizenship and employability of young NEETs are focused on. The current state of research with regard to this target group in Austria and the different services available in Austria will be examined. In addition, two exemplarily selected low-threshold employment projects will be researched on the basis of the BIKVA model. The aim of this research report is to present the findings concerning the group of young NEETs in a bundled form in order to derive recommendations for youth social work as well as offers in the field of social work in the context of education, training, employment, counselling and open youth work.
