Abstract

Focus on value-added services has become a foundation for successful companies on business-to-Business makrets. Key elements of successful industrial Solutions and services are first uncovered throught a systematic literature review and followed by an exploratory study, which is based on 15 semi-structured interviews with executives of successful industrial companies in Upper Austria.
