Abstract

Many different metrics and models have been developed to evaluate a Web site's attributes as perceived by Internet users. In this paper we focus on users' perceptions of the content and design of Web sites. A Delphi study as well as an exploratory factor analysis are used to generate and merge attributes of Web sites. Different user groups are identified and clustered according to their preferences.
