Abstract
The first few months passed, and the economy is still facing huge and unprecedented challenges because of Covid-19. Companies have to fight in many corners and ends at the same time to cope with these. This includes securing liquidity or generating cash flow on the one hand, and ensuring supply chains and deploying staff on the other. The controllers play a particularly important role here, as the crises of recent years have shown. We spoke to the IGC (International Group of Controlling) management board about controlling in a crisis.
