Description
The aim of the project is to further develop and publish the Young Carer mobile app for Android and iOS phones and tablets, as well as the website that meets the requirements of the target groups, based on the pilots presented so far. The aim is to raise awareness and identification of young carers (YC). In addition, the lack of information on the topic of care in general and YC in particular is to be addressed.
