Project Details
Description
The TUNE research project examines the use and perception of Dauntles GmbH's feedback tool “shoptimizer,” which uses NFC technology to allow users to easily provide feedback via their smartphones. The goal of the study is to analyze the tool's use cases in terms of user experience and to understand how it influences feedback behavior. The findings are intended to help Shoptimizer gain a deeper understanding of user needs, enabling targeted improvements to the tool and optimizing user experience through specific adjustments. Additionally, the project provides valuable insights into the effectiveness of feedback processes, contributing to enhanced quality and accessibility of feedback systems in digital retail and fostering a more transparent and user-friendly interaction between companies and customers.
