Project Details
Description
The aim of this project is to better understand the return behavior of customers by analyzing cylinder stock movements and to develop effective measures that benefit both the environment and operational efficiency. In the first step of the project, extensive data analyses will be carried out to analyze the previous movements of gas cylinders in detail. This analysis forms the basis for precisely understanding customer return behavior and identifying patterns. Building on this, a comprehensive customer survey is conducted to find out directly from the customers what measures could encourage them to return gas cylinders faster and more reliably. The results of this survey are fed directly into the development of specific, practical measures that help to significantly increase the return rate and simultaneously increase customer satisfaction.
