In Europe, around 1.2 million sales agents bring manufacturers and customers together and enable many companies to sell their products and services. These sales agents currently sell and market almost exclusively face-to-face. However, digitalisation and changes in customers mean that digital and hybrid forms of sales must also be mastered. The project therefore aims to address the following aspects:

1) Improving the digital skills of sales representatives to successfully carry out virtual and internal sales activities through an innovative training programme

2) Improving the ability of IUCAB and its national associations to create attractive future support for sales representatives

3) Creating the basis for a certification process for the advanced skills of sales representatives

The project is co-funded under the Erasmus+ Cooperation partnerships in vocational education and training (2023-1-AT01-2023-1-AT01-KA220-VET-000159835)
