LOG-UVAR_Austria - LOG-Upgrading the Austrian ITS landscape to implement the EU requirements for Urban Vehicle Access Regulations

Project Details

Description

The objective of the UVAR_Austria project is to identify ways of strengthening the Austrian ITS landscape to implement the EU requirements for Urban Vehicle Access Regulations (UVAR). The focus is on the one hand on the technical mapping or mappability of UVAR in DATEX II and on the other hand on the adaptation of existing governance structures in order to be able to provide data on UVAR in the required quality. The results of the UVAR_Austria project are recommendations for measures combined with an implementation plan so that data on UVAR can be reliably used in any services for road users and logistics operators - in accordance with EU requirements in the future.
