Description
Ever-increasing risks from climate change and rising costs are putting increasing pressure on fruit and fresh vegetable supply chains. The GROW project seeks to address these challenges by taking a data-driven approach to monitoring risks, making long-term forecasts and strengthening the resilience of supply chains. Starting with tomatoes, the project focuses on ensuring stable and sustainable supply chains while exploring more efficient sourcing strategies.
