Project Details
Description
LISA aims to train a new generation of ‘work-ready’ university students for the world of sales professions, which is currently experiencing a ‘talent crisis’: the most sought-after professions in the world of work are the new sales staff, such as inside sales. Despite the increased interest in these area, there is still a lack of education and training for this new form.
The project therefore aims to address the following aspects:
1) Creation of a training course for universities with 5 ECTS
2) creating employment opportunities for recent graduates
3) enhancing university education programs to meet the needs of these new professions
4) provide refresher training for salespeople
This project is co-funded under the Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership for Higher Education (2023-1-IT02-KA220-HED-0016115).
