The Intelligent Decision Engine (IDE) by Straion revolutionizes decision-making processes in software development through automation, knowledge management, and the integration of stakeholder feedback. A key aspect is the use of AI, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT and BERT, to understand, analyze, and process natural language automatically. This research project aims to further optimize the use of LLMs and fully exploit their potential to enhance the functionalities of the IDE.

The research project aims to develop innovative approaches for the application of LLMs and integrate them into the IDE. The focus areas include:
● Improved processing and analysis of natural language to capture semantic relationships and differentiate decisions.
● Strategies and POCs for fine-tuning domain-specific models.
● A prototype system that transforms unstructured input from various sources (Slack channels/threads, Zoom transcripts, etc.) into structured decision documents.
