Getting ready to do online youth work - Regional youth work online

Project Details

Description

This project investigates the framework conditions required to establish digital youth work and digital youth centers. Digital open youth work is a subject area and field of social work and follows a socio-spatial and socio-cultural mission. The design of the study follows the principle of action research and thus generates an action-oriented framework for digital youth work. With the help of the Soft Systems Methodology and the associated methodology, the CATWOE approach according to Checkland and Scholes (Soft Systems Methodology, 1990) and various forms of dialectical or circular survey methods, a usable framework for the given regional context is to be created in a participatory manner. This approach allows existing stakeholders and their needs regarding the new offer to be met in the best possible way, their ideas to be developed and constructively incorporated into a feasible concept. In terms of content, the results of the project “Artificial Eye”, in which a process for contact work in the digital social space was developed, can also be used.
