Description
The goal of this research project is to develop thermographic methods to enable a 3D reconstruction of flaws in aircraft structures. Due to the availability of a quantitative and non-destructive inspection method an interface between the non-destructive testing (NDT) and the mechanical analysis can be established. This interdisciplinary cooperation within this project should enable a comprehensive and reliable evaluation of defects (“Effect of Defect”).
