Description
The aim of the study is to identify innovative options for return logistics in the textile/fashion sector and to assess end-customer acceptance of these options. Through desktop research, possible approaches for implementing sustainable return logistics concepts will be identified, their potential analyzed, and then compared to customer acceptance via an online survey and in-depth interviews. By involving a retail partner, the feasibility and potential for implementation will also be evaluated as part of this preliminary study.
