BF-WASP - Effective Agile Systems for Social Profit Organizations

Using the example of the Evangelical Church A.B. Upper Austria, a coherent, innovative, agile organizational and financing concept will be developed, which should contribute to sustainably securing the needs of the stakeholders of a social profit organization in its value context.
The transformation of the existing structure into the innovative model will be accompanied in order to generate a scientific evaluation with regard to the achievement of the impact targets.
The model can be standardized and thus rolled out to other church and non-church social profit organizations.
