Applied AEye - Applied AEye - Evaluation "Digital Streetwork" Familienbund OÖ

Project Details

Description

To implement active outreach digital social work, proven analog concepts cannot simply be transferred to the digital social space. The different contextual conditions, the special forms and patterns of communication, as well as the sensitivity regarding trustworthiness and transparency require adapted or new methods, techniques and an attitude that can also meet these requirements. The Familienbund was commissioned to develop and introduce a new service, “Digital Streetwork”, for various target groups. The aim is to actively seek out groups from different diversity dimensions in the digital space and to offer support where necessary and the implementation will be scientifically monitored by means of a predominantly formative evaluation.
Since this offer represents a new field of work for the organization and future employees have no experience with this form of social work, an accompanying evaluation should shed light on process experiences as well as on content-related and methodological challenges. An ongoing feedback loop of the findings of the evaluation process into the organization and activities appears to be constructively target-oriented. In addition, an initial impact measurement will be carried out in the evaluation process, although this only appears possible in qualitative terms during the introduction phase of the support program.
