About me

Denise Beil is a Research Associate at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, focusing on sustainable transport systems. She completed her bachelor's degree in international logistics management and her master's in supply chain management.  Her research interests include sustainable logistics and transport management, with a particular emphasis on transport policy. She focuses strongly on the analysis of freight mode choices and modal shift strategies. Denise Beil is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at the University of Antwerp, focusing on the impact assessment of modal shift policies to promote eco-friendly freight transport modes.
