About me

I am a Professor of Visual Computing at the Upper Austrian University of Applied Sciences, Campus Hagenberg. 
Until 2021, I was a post-doctoral researcher at the Institue of Computer Graphics at the Johannes Kepler University Linz. In 2018, I finished my Ph.D. degree at the Johannes Kepler University Linz. I joined the Rendering group at the Vienna University of Technology in 2012. In 2011, I graduated from the master's program Interactive Media at the University of Applied Sciences in Hagenberg.
My research interests include computer vision, computer graphics, and machine learning. I am particularly interested in optimal sampling strategies and novel algorithms for multi-view data such as light fields.
