Description

The aim of this study was to find a classification method to categorize patients according to wether they are with or without complications based on available digitized and structured data to minimize complication data collection efforts by only performing detailed data collection on a small sample and on the other hand to obtain a homogeneous group of patients without complications (which could be further filtered by low preoperative risk for the patient, ASA 1 or 2) for process key figure reporting.
