Abstract
The EU agreed on an AI-Act and the areas of application of AI. The legal use of AI depends on the risk level. In specific areas the use of AI shall be banned, in high risk areas the use of AI shall be controlled and registered and the use of AI in low risk areas shall be allowed under certain transparency rules.
