Abstract
In times of rapid changes and heightened uncertainty, firms must find ways to increase the organization’s ability to continuously acquire the necessary knowledge, both technological and market knowledge, to innovate successfully new products and services. Against this background the authors develop a framework which supports firms to implement innovation management to reduce uncertainty in the innovation process depending on different levels of uncertainty.
