Abstract

Within the fun.tast.tisch. project, new therapeutic approaches involving an interactive tabletop have been explored. The project did not aim at replacing conventional therapy but at providing optimal support for both therapists and patients. This paper summarizes findings of two years of experience with the system with a focus on patients' and therapists' attitude and system perception. It further outlines implementation challenges and findings on therapeutic efficacy.
