N2 - Resilience has emerged as an important paradigm in a number of disciplines. In a world of tightly interconnected and global supply chains, supply chain resilience gains importance when it comes to turbulent and unstable environments. Therefore, academics and practitioners increasingly emphasize the importance of supply chain resiliency. This paper summarizes elements of supply chain resilience. Based on the identified elements, the paper reviews supply chain resilience support provided by (S-)BPM and develops initial propositions.
