Smart Connected Things are the source of the fourth industrial revolution. They collect data und use them in an artificial intelligent way. The Readiness Model Industry 4.0 off ers companies an assessment in the criteria Data, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation. This article focuses on the requirements and assessment criteria for the digital transformation.
