N2 - In this paper a tool for coupled circuit/EM/device simulation is presented with emphasis on radio frequency (RF) applications. The simulator comprises AC, DC, transient analyses, the latter employing multi-step integration formulas based on algebraic and trigonometric polynomials, and dedicated techniques for RF circuits such as Harmonic Balance, shooting and multi-rate spline-wavelet techniques.
