Abstract

Integrated, round-the-clock patient care is becoming one of the key topics for IT applications in eHealth. We present the interim results of our e-Care project, aiming at efficient electronic care data exchange for stationary and mobile care providers. Our system is based upon international standards like HL7 and IHE, thus allowing for easy extensibility and integrability of systems in use.
