New technologies, such as predictive and prescriptive analytics, artificial intelligence, and real-time data processing, allow data quality to improve and trigger analytical reasoning and data-driven decision-making. However, these new technologies can also potentially be highly complex and overload the decision-maker, even deteriorating decision quality.
