Abstract

This article explores integrating future-oriented competences, also known as 21st century skills, into a Master's programme in Supply Chain Management. The authors propose a multifaceted approach incorporating future skills throughout the curriculum. A case study of the implementation of this approach in a Master's programme is presented. The program integrates future skills through dedicated courses, application in various subjects, and additional activities that encourage student participation. The evaluation highlights the effectiveness of this multifaceted approach. Students gain confidence in applying these skills and develop a problem-solving mindset. Faculty members observe improved student performance in using the taught methods. The article concludes by emphasizing the need for careful course selection and coordination among faculty to ensure a well-structured and authentic learning experience.
