This paper aims to show how to deal with hospital logistic processes in the frame of Healthcare Supply Chain Management. We identify the most relevant logistic processes and highlight specific recommendations in order to provide healthcare services in a more efficient and effective manner. Finally, we show practitioners a roadmap on how to deal with the proposed recommendations.
