DigCapabilities is a research project of the Norwegian Research Centre (NORCE) financed by the Norwegian Research Council on digital inequalities among NEET (not in education, employment and training) young adults with migrant backgrounds. The project has an international and interdisciplinary advisory committee consisting of reseachers from different European countires, all dealing with media, minorities and inequalities.
