This workshop explores ways of addressing SDG 16 - promoting peaceful and inclusive societies. Based on Niklas Luhmann’s systemic approach, we examine what it takes to build bridges between individuals and to allow radicalism in constructive ways. Have you ever had that conversation with a family member, a friend, a client that just put you on your very own edge of democratic tolerance? Join us in this examination of ways to promote sustainable endurance vis-a-vis the „other“, the „extreme“, the „offensive“.
